Today the International Language and Business School of Monywa enrols over 500 students. The school is the first in Monywa Sagaing Division to follow the National Curriculum and British Curriculum Programme of study for Pearson Edexcel from UK. This earned ILBSM the well-deserved reputation for delivering a high quality learning programme for over 7 years.

ILBSM opened its doors to education in 2013. During its establishment, the school provided British education for the children of expatriates living in the Monywa community. Located in Suu Lay Gone Quarter, the initial campus building was rented as a school house. Soon after its opening, ILBSM introduced its current policy of recruiting the most highly qualified instructors from beyond the borders of Myanmar. As word spread for its high standards and commitment to excellence, ILBSM gained recognition from local, regional and global educational organisations.
